Technology is now a vital and exciting part of our working and social lives. At The Rowan Schools students and staff use technology in many forms to support learning and teaching. The school systems are managed to protect staff and students from any risk and all staff, students and parents sign an Acceptable Usage Policy at the start of each school year (where needed and appropriate).

Internet use in school is filtered and monitored and there are restrictions in the use of devices that have direct access to the internet. Devices loaned to be used at home are also subject to school filtering and monitoring.
